Express - 30 Minutes: Shape and file, foot cream, then finished off with a nail polish colour of your choice or the nails can be buffed to a high shine 
Classic - 45 Minutes: Foot Soak, scrub, cuticle work, shape and file, foot cream,  foot massage, then finished off with a nail polish colour of your choice or the nails can be buffed to a high shine 
Luxury - 60 Minutes: Foot soak, hard skin removal, foot scrub, cuticle work, shape and file, foot cream,  then finished off with a nail polish colour of your choice or the nails can be buffed to a high shine, including foot and half leg massage 
French polish is not carried out on these occasions due to the time it takes to carry out  this precision work.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is a traditional massage therapy that has its own unique techniques.  Our therapist carries out massage to the head, neck, face, shoulders and arms. The treatment is performed either with the client lay on a bed (for the most relaxed position) or seated in a chair.  The treatment can be performed with or without the use of oil.  The Indian head massage is calming & relaxing, leaving the client feeling revitalised, engergised and able to concentrate better.  The benefits include relief from headaches, fatigue, insomnia, migraines, sinusitis, stress & tension.
